It’s “open enrollment” time at my day job, and everyone is required to fill out a confidential health questionnaire so that they are put in the right bracket for insurance rates.
Now, I can understand why you might not remember your exact LDL and HDL cholesterol numbers, or what your diastolic blood pressure was the last time it was taken; you might answer “I’m not sure” to one of those questions. However, I think most people would remember if they’ve had a hysterectomy.
They may as well ask if you’re an amputee and add “I’m not sure” as a possible response.
And does anyone ever actually put a number other than zero in the box for this question?
